You come into work at Justin's Place. You have two volunteers who have signed up to help out for a few hours. Your farrier is running early and you don't have any horses ready. The barnyard animals have not been fed and it's a few hours past when they usually are, their paddock is not mucked, and their water needs to be cleaned and filled. Additionally, you noticed one of your horses is limping and acting off. What do you do?! * You have a horse who needs stall rest for a week and does NOT do well in a stall. What is your plan to make this work for the next week? * You're training a small group of junior volunteers on how to feed and muck the barnyard animals. One volunteer continues to go into the paddock although you have reminded them it is not allowed until they have been checked off on animal safety. They tell you they understand how to be safe because they've ridden horses for five years! What do you do? * Thank you for applying! We will be in touch soon!
