A time to chill?

During the months of December and January, Justin's Place experiences a lull in programs with the exception of a few Stable Moments kids. However, the staff remains busy with other aspects of programming such as completing evaluations, strategic planning, and fundraising planning. These tasks are crucial to the success of the organization and require a review of feedback from participant families, volunteers, and staff. Despite the workload, the staff takes time to reflect on the previous year and all that it held. This period of reflection allows the team to enter the new year with a sense of excitement, organization, and cohesiveness. Although the season may seem quiet on the surface, the behind-the-scenes work is essential to the continued growth and success of Justin's Place.
