Did you know Justin’s Place has an entire strategic plan devoted to volunteer recruitment and retention! This plan is carried out by our incredible staff team and volunteers. Goals include building strategic community partners, speaking at local events, hosting educational events for our community and much more! A small group of committed volunteers sit on a committee that gets to review and participate in this strategic plan. From volunteering at 5Ks to making volunteer appreciation gifts- it takes a village!
