Self Esteem through Stable Moments

Our Stable Moments Mobile program is presently focusing on the critical aspect of self-esteem, teaching children its value and encouraging them to practice it in equine-related activities. This concept, often underestimated, is a cornerstone for a strong, confident kiddo. As a part of this endeavor, a central activity is for each child to color and conceptualizing a "self-esteem horse". This imaginative task encourages kids to designate colors representing various dimensions of confidence. This creative representation of self-esteem via the horse fosters a deeper understanding of the concept and its role in development of each student.
