Featured Volunteer of December- Elena

Elena is a High school freshman that began volunteering in September 2021. She grew up on a farm in Georgetown with many horses, donkeys, dogs and cats. She loves volunteering at Justin’s Place because she enjoys interacting with the kids and handling the horses. She hopes to pursue a career in veterinary medicine or occupational therapy. She cannot wait for the Spring session to start! Some of her favorite memories from volunteering at Justin’s place include side walking with Eli, leading for Sydney, and developing friendships with the other volunteers.
