January Calendar

January may be a slower program month, but that doesn't mean we're not busy behind the scenes. Our Stable Moments Mobile and Farm programs are still running and helping to serve 20 kids every week. In addition, we host weekly horse appreciation evenings where we take care of, train, and maintain our horses. We're also using this time to tackle manual and administrative projects that can only be done during the "off season."

If you're interested in joining our Barn Buddies program, mark your calendar for January 15th and 16th! Registration for this program opens at that time and the season will begin on February 12th. We're excited to welcome new members to our Justin’s Place family and to continue serving those who have already joined us.

We are excited to inform you that we have a lot of exciting things happening this year, including our annual staff training. During the training, we will be reviewing policies and procedures, as well as casting vision for 2024. Our staff members are not just colleagues, but also friends who enjoy spending time together outside of work. In January, we have organized events such as yoga, which is scheduled for the 6th and different workdays at the farm. These activities help our staff members to bond and build strong relationships. We are committed to ensuring that our team is not only well-trained but also happy and fulfilled in their work.
