Fall Corn Pit!

As we grow our programs and get into the swing of a normal schedule- we look forward to adding seasonal and holiday related activities! One of our volunteers had the great idea to add a corn pit for our fall session! She supplied us with a “pool” and toys (dinosaur themed) to create a fun and different sensory experience for our participants! This corn pit creates an open ended activity with no right or wrong way to engage. Kiddos have enjoyed scooping it up, taking off their shoes and socks and diving in, and more. We look forward to adding more sensory activities & themed crafts!
