2021 Featured Volunteer of May - Caitlin

YAY for The Featured Volunteer for May- Caitlin. She is originally from Sedona, Arizona and has been a hair stylist for 11 years. She likes spending her time at the gym, reading a good book, learning to cook a new dish, and volunteering at Justin’s Place.

This is what Caitlin said about her time at Justin’s Place:

“Justin’s Place is so special. It is amazing how each kid advances week after week. They become more confident in how they walk. they sit a little taller each time they sit on their horse. They can tell you about all of the barn animals- what they eat and what their names are. They remember what brushes to use and on which part of the horses body to use it on. They enjoy responsibility by learning how to muck and feed the animals. There are so many benefits that everyone who comes to Justin’s Place walks away with. Each time I leave I feel lighter, more grateful, and overall happier. I will keep coming back for as long as they need the help.”
