Horse Feature- Dutton

Dutton, our handsome Morgan gelding, is registered under the name "Ever Ready". Morgans are an incredibly versatile breed, excelling as riding horses, driving horses, and even work horses. Dutton was fortunate enough to have an owner who cared for him and taught him how to ride and pull carts. He was surrendered to Kentucky Equine Adoption Center due to no fault of his own. Justin's Place quickly adopted him, and he now serves many children through our Barn Buddies program. Despite his age and medical conditions, Dutton remains a calm and caring partner to his riders. He has a sweet, yet feisty old man energy and enjoys mealtime, treats, and spending time with his best horse buddy, Solo. Dutton requires some extra care due to his metabolic disorder, ringbone, and arthritis, but his dedication to his riders is unwavering.
